Feast or famine months can make it HARD to run your business.

If your cash influx is drastically different from one month to the next, it can be really hard to invest, hire a team, and/or pay yourself because you don’t know where your next dollar is going to come from.

So if you’re experiencing feast or famine months I want you to know three things:

  1. It’s normal.

  2. You gotta get out of it ASAP. Your foundation is rocky and no one can build on a rocky foundation.

  3. It’s a symptom of growth. So it can be a really good indicator of the trajectory of your business.

In this episode of the 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast I’m sharing four factors that might be contributing to your feast or famine months to help you diagnose and get out of them, ASAP. So let’s dig in!
