Welcome to episode #30 of the Life by Design Podcast with Allison Hardy!

Today I get to share with you the story of Proactive Parenting Coach, Krista Rizzo.

First and foremost, the one thing you should know about Krista is that she is an eternal optimist.

In 2014, she made the life changing decision to leave her corporate 9-5 job.  She took a little break to figure out what she wanted to be "when she grew up" and it turns out, after a lot of self introspection and education, she realized that she wanted to help other people have the best lives they can, so she became a professional coach.

Krista launched Why Am I Yelling? as a blog in 2007 - it was a fun outlet for her to use her writing skills and tell stories of her life for whoever wanted to read it.  In 2015 it became her brand.  Krista is a coach, an author (her first book is expected to launch in summer 2017), a blogger, a speaker, and a motivator.  Krista hosts a weekly video show on Facebook called #WhyAmIYelling? LIVE! where she interviews other entrepreneurs about the mark they want to leave on the world and how to share positivity.

Krista is a Certified Transformational Coach focused on relationships and parenting.  She helps others achieve their relationship and parenting goals by empowering them to address the fear, embrace the milestones, and encourage a creative and positive family dynamic.

Episode #23: Lessons Learned From My First 5-Figure Launch

In episode #23 of the Life by Design podcast with Allison Hardy, I share with you the top 5 lessons I learned from my first 5-figure launch.

In the online space we hear a lot of fancy slogans that make being an entrepreneur look insanely glamorous.  We learn about huge 5- and 6-figure launches and how successful everyone is.  These entrepreneurs and launches can be inspiring and certainly motivating, but when you start your very own launch, it can be a huge learning experience and sometimes things don't go the way you expect.

The very first thing I did in 2017 was launch my very first group coaching program called The Mompreneur Project.  I decided on a 4-week launch that would feature the program with expiring weekly bonuses.  And while I would say that the launch was a success, it certainly did not go how I thought it would go!  So I want to share with you the top 5 lessons I learned from my first 5-figure launch!

Episode #17: Tatiana Amico

In episode #17 of the Life by Design podcast with Allison Hardy I had the opportunity to interview Health Coach and Business Mentor Tatiana Amico.

Tatiana empowers women to take control of their health and life.  Before doing this for herself, Tatiana was living a life that on paper looked good, but in reality was very different.  She was a yo-yo dieter and negative thinker who was working hard in a windowless corporate cubicle, struggling with anxiety and depression and feeling like she was living in her own personal version of Groundhog Day.  Once her sone was born, Tatiana knew she wanted to not only finally create a lifestyle change, but also find a way to stay home with her son and do more of the work she felt called to do.  She took control of her life, found herself leaving diets behind, not making any more excuses, building a highly successful business, and embracing the life she wants to live.  Now, Tatiana works with women who want to stop complaining, start taking action, and love themselves completely.

In our chat, Tatiana and I talk about personal development, Tony Robbins, to-do lists, and keeping up with the Joneses.
