Boundaries are essential when you’re scaling your business. Oftentimes clients come to me and they are working after their kids go down at night, answering Voxer messages at all times of the day, posting and creating content at all hours of the day without a set schedule. They are boundary-less and as a result of that, not the best version of themselves that they could be.
Facebook groups can be a great way to drive traffic off of Facebook and onto your email list, which is exactly what you want to do. One of the common misconceptions with Facebook groups is that you need to have a big audience first, in order to grow a Facebook group successfully. This simply isn’t true! You can use your Facebook group to grow your email list and vice versa. There’s no reason why you can’t grow both simultaneously.
What happens in our businesses when life happens? Sometimes the best laid plans get demolished in a moment’s notice. Your kid gets sick, or the school cancels school early due to snow, or your husband travels for two weeks suddenly. Life happens and in those moments, we (whether we want to or not) we have to show up for it.
