Today I’m interviewing wellness coach, optometrist, wife, and mother to three adorable children, Lisa Suski. She specializes in nutrition and helps people replace inflammatory foods with nourishing foods to eliminate disease, allow the body to heal, and live in a thriving, vibrant body.
Her journey with becoming passionate about eating anti-inflammatory foods began when her son was born with severe eczema. His eczema was so bad that they had to put mits on him to keep him from scratching incessantly.
Once Lisa started to feed her son anti-inflammatory foods he eczema started to heal itself.
Our stomachs aren’t meant to digest milk from other mammals, only from our mothers. This is why so many people claim to be “allergic” to dairy.
Symptoms that you might be experiencing inflammation: brain fog, headaches, acne, weight gain, tummy troubles
Anti-inflammatory food: green leafy veggies, chia seeds, wild salmon, flax seeds.
Once your soul has it all, you will have it all.
Lisa’s biggest entrepreneurship lesson is to be kind to yourself. The way you treat your clients and your kids, should be the exact same way you treat yourself.
Done is better than perfect!
