In this episode I'm going to be discussing how to view and analyze your fears, and how to “out logic” your fears. I’m walking you through how to push aside the initial reaction of fear and truly dive deep into what these fears and negative thoughts are.
What I'm going to be discussing today is identifying and dissecting two types of beliefs and/or ways of thinking: limiting beliefs and passive language. Both can be extremely detrimental to your mindset, which, in turn, can be extremely detrimental to your business.
In today’s episode is the first of a series of episodes based around the #IAmUnstoppable Livestream Event that I just completed over in my Facebook community, The Mompreneur Community. What I'm going to be discussing today is the building blocks for the mindset journey I'm going to be taking you on.
In today’s episode I want to share some big takeaways I had from a recent live event I attended regarding manifestation, goal setting, and how the two inform one another. I’ve never really been sold on manifestation, but at this event I was really challenged to think about manifestation in a new way, as it relates to goal setting.
Today I’m interviewing Pearle Nerenberg. Pearle is the founder of Eat This for Performance -a place for high achievers to learn how to feel soaring energy levels on their way to achieving their next level. In her interview we, of course, talk all things mompreneur life, but we also dive deep into the nutrition side of fueling our body to make sure that we have the energy to show up for our businesses and families fully, and in the way that they both deserve.
In today’s episode I’m interviewing attorney and legal resource for online entrepreneurs and coaches, Christy Westerfeld about how to prepare our businesses for the new GDPR regulations that are rolling out at the end of this week. Christy helps savvy, badass business women cut through the confusion and overwhelm of legal, and create an easy and affordable plan of action to legally protect their websites and businesses.
In today’s episode I’m sharing how to qualify your group members by making sure they are actually ideal by asking them a series of questions upon entry into your group. These questions not only serve as amazing market research, but they also simultaneously help you to build your email address.
Today is the first of a two-part episode on how to fill your Facebook group with ideal clients. As algorithms change and Facebook Ads get more expensive, it’s important to have a place where you can go on social media, particularly Facebook, where you can connect on a deeper level with your ideal client, which is why you need a Facebook group!
